- Download your data: Settings → Your data. Download my data (.json) gets every record (any plan); Export to Excel gives one month as a formatted Excel file (Diamond).
- Security: Settings → Security to change your email or password and sign out devices you don't recognise.
- Delete the account: Settings → Danger zone. It can't be undone — download your data first.
